Pure Reflections is a private, appointment-only electrolysis studio located inside Phenix Salons at 18431 Main Street, Suite 141 in Huntington Beach. From near Mile Square Park, the FV town center, or Westside, the drive is about 10 minutes via Brookhurst Street or Magnolia Avenue.

Frequently asked questions.
Does hair grow back after electrolysis?
Hair treated in the active growth phase does not grow back. Because not all follicles are active at the same time, multiple sessions are needed to treat each one at the right phase. Properly treated follicles are permanently destroyed and will not produce hair again.
What is the difference between electrolysis and IPL?
IPL is similar to laser and offers only permanent reduction, not permanent removal. It also cannot treat light, fine, or grey hair. Electrolysis treats each follicle individually and is the only method the FDA recognizes as achieving permanent hair removal.
Can electrolysis be done while I'm still waxing or shaving?
You should stop waxing or plucking at least 2 weeks before your first session — we need the hair in the follicle to treat it. Shaving between sessions is perfectly fine.
