What areas can be treated?
Most face and body areas where the follicle is visible and can be safely reached — including upper lip, chin, jawline, cheeks, brows, hairline, neck, underarms, arms, abdomen, bikini line, legs, chest, shoulders, and back.
How should I prepare before my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin and avoid heavy moisturizers or makeup on the treatment area. Stay well-hydrated, and skip retinols or strong actives on the area for a day or two beforehand. Having a small meal before longer sessions is also helpful.

What to know before your appointment
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals are charged for the full scheduled appointment time. Whether the appointment can be accommodated depends on the electrologist's availability and the length of the service booked.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 36 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee.
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
